Premiere September 23th 2022, 4+4 days in motion, Prague. Kolektiv Nesladim.
Original title Den mě oslepí, večer utiší, noc mě skryje
Synopsis This project is dedicated to people with suicidal thoughts and those whose loved ones have committed suicide. Suicide is still one of the socially taboo and distorted topics. In the context of the pandemic, the risk of suicide in the Czech Republic has increased threefold in 2020. By listening to others’ stories, meeting people who are going through similar experiences and sharing, we help to destigmatise mental health problems.
Five different places in one town at the beginning, one meeting point at the end. Multiple form project. Exists in full version of audio-walk + performance + discussion + exhibition, and also in self-service version as audio and video-walk.
