Synopsis Images are central to the dramaturgy of this project. The image is thought of as an ‘envelope’ to protect oneself, as an alternative to reality that is often too crude, a second space, a ‘safe space’, an escape… The work was inspired by 2 books: Survival of the Richest: escape fantasies of the tech billionaires by Douglas Rushkoff and Le Terrier by Franz Kafka.
Through this work, the ESNAM students discovered, among other things, the principles of photography and their relationship to theatrical creation, as well as the basics of live cinema. They also experimented with the relationship between material and projection.
